Franklin High School’s FBLA students had an incredible showing at the NC FBLA State Leadership Conference and we are extremely proud of their accomplishments! 🏆 Timothy Bishop earned 1st Place in Public Speaking. Timothy’s speech impressed judges and audiences alike, showcasing outstanding preparation and confidence on stage. 🏆 Jaxon Stamey placed 1st in Introduction to Business Presentation. After his partner was unable to continue in FBLA, Jaxon stepped up to complete the entire presentation himself, even conducting a survey of students across all grade levels on AI usage to strengthen his research. 📘 Gold Seal Chapter Award – Congratulations to Owen Brooks, Summer Herndon, and Alexis Owen, who completed a detailed report highlighting Franklin High School FBLA’s accomplishments, competitions, and community service efforts. 🤝 Community Service Project – Top 10 Finish Addison Powell and Deyton Randall placed in the Top 10 for their Community Service Project, which included a comprehensive written report and presentation on FHS FBLA Christmas gift giving to MCH for almost three decades. 🗳 Student Leadership Achievement Gabriel Hopkins successfully campaigned and was elected Western Region Vice President for North Carolina FBLA, earning the support of a two-thirds majority vote. 👏 Advisor Recognition Franklin High School’s FBLA program was also recognized with Michelle Brooks as  NC FBLA Adviser of the Year and Regional Adviser of the Year honors. 🎉 National Leadership Conference Franklin High School will have eight FBLA members representing our school at the FBLA National Leadership Conference this summer. We are incredibly proud of these students for their hard work, leadership, and commitment to excellence. They continue to represent Franklin High School in an outstanding way!

🐰❄️ Blizzard Bash Success for FHS FFA! ❄️🐰 Our Franklin High School FFA students competed in the Regional FFA Blizzard Bash Rabbit Show, and the Panthers showed out in a BIG way! 🏆 Reserve Grand Champion – Showmanship Charley Hinton 🏆 Grand Champion – Meat Rabbit JR Valentine 🏆 Grand Reserve Champion – Fiber Jr. Rabbit Cadee Breedlove 🏆 Grand Reserve Champion – Fiber Sr. Rabbit Tabby Cox These students have been putting in the work since the very beginning of the semester — practicing before school and even on teacher workdays. Every rabbit showcased at the event belongs to the FHS Agriculture Department, making these wins even more special!

Attention FHS Students & Families,

Tomorrow, February 25, all FHS Juniors will take the ACT.

Juniors should have received an email from Mrs. Mauck with their assigned testing room. Please report to your designated testing room in the English Building by 8:00 AM with a fully charged and updated iPad.

This will be a regular school day for all other students.

Juniors will be permitted to leave campus after testing with parental permission turned in to the front office.

Advisor Swap Tomorrow (Tuesday)

There will be no advisor swap if there is a weather delay on Tuesday.

***Juniors.....the mandatory ACT is this Wednesday.
